This is not a generic communication course. You will not practise made-up scenarios or role-play exercises that feel nothing like your real life. You work on your actual material, in front of people who understand the level you're operating at.

How the day flows
Not a timetable-An arc of transformation.
Morning
Arrive & ground- Settle into the space. Connect with the group. Establish your communication goals you're working on and the impact you want to have going forward.
Mid-morning
Voice Technical training & body work — We take the work outside. Voice exercises, breath work, and presence techniques by the sea. This is where the body catches up with the leader you already are.
Afternoon
Deliver, refine, elevate -You deliver your communication piece in progressive stages, learning new techniques each time. Direct coaching after each round. Every iteration, you feel the shift. This is where it becomes genuinely powerful.
Late afternoon
Final delivery & close- You present the version of yourself you haven't shown in a room before. Deliver your communications piece in a totally new way. Grounded, clear, commanding. We close with intention — and optionally, the sea swim and sauna.
The group is intentionally small. Every person receives direct, focused coaching throughout the day.
