Get €10,000 of Executive Voice Coaching — In Exchange for less than 10 Hours a Week

Commitment: 10 Hours Per Week | Duration: 6 Months | Location: Hybrid/Remote

If you are looking for a paid role this is not the right opportunity for you. However, Simply Voice is a growing business working at the highest corporate level. For the right candidate this residency has the potential to lead to a paid role.

You can come to every workshop and event that Simply Voice hosts throughout the year totally free of charge. In return we ask you to bring that same energy and commitment to helping Simply Voice grow — amplifying our voice, building our presence and helping us reach the leaders and organisations who need us most.

We Are Here to Add, Not to Take

At Simply Voice, we believe presence is the ultimate currency. This residency is not a traditional internship — it is a high-value, value-for-value exchange.

We work with CEOs, senior leaders and organisations including Amazon, Deloitte, Google and EY across Ireland, the UK and Europe. We are looking for one dedicated individual — whether a hungry graduate, someone with a few years experience, or someone returning to the workforce — who wants to help us grow our digital presence while undergoing a personal transformation that will set them up for life.

A €10,000 Investment in You

This role is unpaid. In return you will receive a 6 month bespoke Executive Voice and Leadership Coaching programme worth €10,000 plus.

We will coach you to master your vocal power, command any room and communicate with the calm authority that usually takes decades to build. You will leave this residency sounding — and feeling — completely different.

What You Will Actually Do

This is a digital marketing and brand role. Here is exactly what you will own:

Social Media Management — Day One Priority

  • Managing and growing our LinkedIn and Instagram presence daily

  • Creating and scheduling content using Buffer

  • Building our Facebook presence and running Facebook ad campaigns

  • Keeping our social channels active, consistent and premium

Email Marketing

  • Setting up and managing our email marketing and mailouts

  • Building and maintaining our audience list

  • Writing and scheduling regular email campaigns

SEO & Google

  • Basic SEO work across the Simply Voice website

  • Managing and optimising our Google My Business profile

  • Keyword research and implementing improvements

PR & Media — Desirable But Not Essential

  • Pitching Simply Voice to national radio — Newstalk, RTÉ

  • Targeting business podcasts and press opportunities

  • Writing press releases and media pitches

Who You Are

You have a background or strong interest in digital marketing, social media, communications or PR. Specifically you are comfortable with:

  • Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook — not just using them but growing them

  • Facebook Ads Manager — you know how to set up and run a campaign

  • Canva and CapCut for content creation

  • Email marketing tools — Mailchimp, Flodesk or similar

  • Basic SEO principles and Google My Business

  • Buffer or similar scheduling tools

You are also:

  • Self directed — you do not need constant hand holding

  • Organised — you deliver what you say you will deliver

  • Proactive — you spot opportunities and act on them

  • Trend aware — you know what is working on social media right now and you love it

  • Professional — you understand that Simply Voice works at the highest corporate level and everything you produce must reflect that

This is NOT the right role if you:

  • Need constant supervision and direction

  • Are primarily interested in design or creative work

  • Cannot commit consistently each week

  • Are looking for a passive portfolio piece
