Founder & Corporate Voice Coach
Clodagh, is a multifaceted professional with a background in acting, singing, and advanced public speaking. Despite facing personal challenges, she created Simply Voice in 2011 as a means to rediscover her own power and expression. Recognising its transformative potential, she established it as a business in 2018.
With a solid foundation in Drama and Theatre Studies from Trinity College Dublin, Clodagh's expertise extends to facilitation, communications, and improvisation. Her journey includes obtaining a first-class MA in Applied Drama/Voice and facilitation, specialising in improvisation and voice techniques.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Clodagh has honed the Simply Voice method, conducting workshops across the world, positively impacting thousands since 2018. Continuously expanding her skills, she is also accredited as a Life Coach, a qualified 'Train the Trainer' facilitator, and is currently training as a Non-Violent Communication (NVC) trainer.

Sebastian Grube is delighted to be partnering with Simply Voice to offer our clients brand and communications strategy. He is the Founder of .beyondcomms, a communications and marketing consultancy that empowers founders and owners to centre purpose. Sebastian's interdisciplinary experience in business, theatre, and music allows him to apply artistic sensibilities to brand strategy and communication. He has worked in a variety of industries, including technology, blockchain, hospitality, and legal services, and has collaborated with non-profits like the Irish Baroque Orchestra as well as multimillion-dollar companies like Vancis Capital. Sebastian’s approach unearths deep insights and ideas that you never knew you had. He is passionate about working with impact-oriented founders to build purpose-driven businesses that create a better world for all.

A certified personal stylist from the London College of Style, Aoife combines her background in professional services with practical expertise to bring personal image to life. She has spoken on global stages, inspiring audiences to take ownership of their confidence and communication through style. Aoife also speaks about style and sustainability which is central to her own style ethos.
Aoife writes a weekly style advice column for The Business Post and is a regular contributor to podcasts, radio, and magazines where she shares insights on the intersection of image, confidence, and professional success.
